Watching TV will never be forever increasing your weight. In some ways, watching television could lose your weight. However, you have to be patient in choosing the right step to lose the weight. Below is the way to lose your weight while watching TV.

First, you could jump rope for two minute intervals and you could repeat it four times. This activity will burn your 111 calories.

Second, you could run up and down the stairs of your apartment building or house during the commercial break. We all know that commercial break often takes a long time. This activity will burn for about 42 calories.

Third, you could stand in front of your couch and squat until your butt is just above the seat cushion. Just hold this position for one minute or more. Remember that you could also repeat it for times. This simple activity could burn 80 calories.

Fourth, you could lie down on the floor on your side and lift the legs for five minutes or more. For about 50 calories will be burnt here.

Next, do the arm circles for one minute. You could also repeat it for two more times. 20 calories will be burnt here.

Sixth, you can sprint to the bathroom although you are not peeing. Then you could sprint back to your seat. This will burn 30 calories

For the next step, you could grab three pound weights or two soup cans and lifting your triceps for one minute. If you do this for three sets, you have burnt for about seventeen calories.

After that, you could sit on an exercise ball and do one minute ab curls. Just repeat it for four times because it will burn fifty calories from your body.

Sitting on the ball for an hour, this will make your body burn for about 38 calories.
If you don't like ball that you could simply stand five feet away from the TV and do lunges for five minutes. This will burn for about 37calories from your body.
The next activity you could do is to lie down in front of TV and hold yourself in the plant position for one minute before repeating for two times. 35 calories from your body will be burnt.

Finally, what you can do before the show was begun is to lie down on your couch and scoot around until your back is on the cushions and your legs are resting on the seat back. You could stand at a 90 degree angle to your waist. This will burn for about 30 calories from your body.
