Not of all healthy foods will help you to reduce your fat. Therefore, you should understand which food is good for you and which is not good for you. What are the healthy foods which are not good for you? And why? Here is the answer.

Sushi Rolls

Bran Muffins
Bran is a mixed of apples and bananas. Whether it is plain bran or muffin bran, all contain more fiber. Although it is a form of slice of cake could deliver the sugar and butter more. Somehow, it could contain 20 grams of fat, 420 calories and also 34 grams of sugar.

Half-and-Half
Although you put a little cream in your coffee, this will not give you less option to get calcium. But you are wrong. Although you take a hall spoon of cream but repeat it till two or three times a day, this action will bring you 200 or more calories.

Wraps
The average wrap is major offender for you no matter what you put in it. Each roll could be 1 foot across and packing up to 300 calories. The surface is usually bigger than two slices of bread.

Bottled Teas
Not all teas are good for your health. Most brands of bottled teas are stored with sugar and honey containing lots of calories. One bottled tea could bring the calorie for almost 200 which is similar to a bottle of soda.

Rice Cakes
Light snacks could be dangerous especially rice snacks. Although the light snacks are fat free and low in calories, it is also lacking of fiber and protein. This will add more calories to the daily total and leave you craving something with substance. The rice snacks will not satisfy you that you tend to have lots of sugars and sodium.

Veggie Burgers
Veggie burgers don't always mean healthy. Most myth said that you will save little fat and cholesterol if you skip meat but by putting the cheese together with veggies is not good. Ketchup and bun could give you more fats than you have ever wondered

Juice
Juice is not always healthy. If you think, you could be healthy when you drink juice, you are wrong. The apple juice at the amount of 16-ounce bottle is equal with five slices of bread. There is also sugar in it, so be aware.

Diet Microwave Meals
Diet requires you to fight. Although there is a simple diet microwave meal in the market, you need to be aware because it maybe high in sodium which is also rich in fat because it is added with fat too. The combination of fat and salt makes your arms and legs puffy.

Salads
Salad is not always vegetables at all. The combination of shredded cheese, nuts, croutons, and globs of dressing will make it more caloric than a dish of pasta. The vinaigrettes used in it is somehow high cal than others. This is also not good for you.

Tofu
Tofu is not always healthy. Tofu contains a plateful of sodium, calories, fat and even sugar. This is not good for your health especially when it is added with the sauces and other dangerous materials.
